Botanical Balm Workshop Details:

Make your own nourishing balm with a range of the finest quality organic botanical ingredients, including essential oils. Discover how they can support a range of health conditions and feel confident to design a product that nurtures your personal wellbeing.

In this course, you will be introduced to a range of botanical ingredients, as well as spending some time becoming familiar with an array of essential oils, their incredible scents and their health and wellbeing properties, leaving you confident to design an effective product, tailored to your personal needs.

A balm can range from being soft, so that it melts on your skin to massage into your whole body, it can have a more solid consistency to use to protect your lips, or something in-between to massage into aching muscles and joints. It could be designed to take care of your hands, for rubbing across your chest when you have a cold or cough, as a cleanser for your face and even as a base for a solid perfume. You can choose what type of product you would like to make and learn how to use the ingredients to adapt it to your need as well as enhancing it with suitable essential oils.

The ingredients used will be of the highest quality and organic where possible.

This workshop is open to all, and no experience is necessary.

Everything will be provided for you although you may like to bring your own notebook and a pen.

Please let Laura know if you have any allergies, especially those pertaining to the skin.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like more details.

This workshop is part of a series of 4 consecutive 1 day workshops, you can book all 4 for £200 (£40 discount) with the option to stay on site at Flatford Mill Field Centre:
