Spearmint Essential Oil

INCI name: Mentha spicata herb oil

Country of Origin: Brazil

Production method: Steam distilled from the leaves of the plant.

Use: A useful oil for soothing and calming digestion, it's particularly useful for nausea and is gentle enough to use during pregnancy for morning sickness (blended with cardamom and neroli (orange blossom) this is very supportive and affective). 

Scent: Smooth, fresh, minty scent.

Cautions: External use only, dilute in a carrier oil before using on your skin (including in the bath).
